Packaging Description for Transportation: |
- Each item has protective corners attached, a plastic bag and an ID label on the back dust cover.
- Each item is placed upright in sturdy wood crates with spacers and supports.
- Security hardware (attached to frames) and wall companion parts are enclosed with extras along with templates for each size of framed art / mirror for ease of installation
- Packing list and paperwork for installation to identify art for specific / placement and area enclosed.
- A large shipping address label and name of recipient - clear and consise
- Labels on all crates: FRAGILE, STORE IN CLIMATE CONTROLLED AREA, DO NOT TOP LOAD.
- Each crate is strapped to a wooden pallet.

Handling discounts or returns for defective merchandise: |
- Signature Mouldings and Millworks can discuss all options your company requires.
- Issues will be addressed and taken care of as soon as we are notified.
- Since we are the direct manufacturer, we can immediately begin to correct or replace any defect or issue a discount if preferred.
- For returns our policy is to receive a written description of the defect faxed to our facility an we will process a Return Authorization Number (RGA#). This number will be required on all shipments returned to us.

Freight Damage in Transit to Hotel: |
- If the freight carrier has damaged the crates or merchandise in transit, please make a note of type of damage and quantity on shipping slip before signing. Fax us a copy and call to let us know what we need to do to replace any unreparable items and expedite to hotel. We assist in handling freight claims with necessary information provided by receiver.
